Service Description
Book your free 15 minute consultation here! You will meet with me and we will review your needs. This visit will determine if we agree to move forward or not. There is no fee for this initial consult. Private Pay and Several Major Health Insurance Plans are Accepted. If your health insurance is within network, you will be responsible for the copay according to your plan benefits. Here you are offered an opportunity to be the driver of your mental health care. I offer evidence based practice guidance and treatment plans tailored to your needs. Whether you are new to psychiatry or experienced, this may be the space for you. Some individuals require short term services for diagnoses such as acute anxiety and depression, while others may require long term treatment for major depression, trauma and other chronic psychiatric diagnoses, to name a few. Prices may vary, based on needs. Insurance co pays versus private pay.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to provide quality care to all patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. $100 cancellation fee will be charged if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This fee is the patient’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the provider’s discretion. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the office directly during business hours or follow the instructions provided in your appointment confirmation.
